Data protection

SCOPE OF APPLICATION
This privacy policy informs users about the nature, scope, and purpose of the collection and use of personal data by Joseph AMMER e.K., Hühner- und Entenbraterei AMMER (hereinafter referred to as AMMER).

The legal basis for data protection can be found in the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the Telemedia Act (TMG).

LIABILITY FOR CONTENT
As service providers, we are liable for our own content on these websites in accordance with Section 7 (1) German Telemedia Act (TMG). However, according to Sections 8 to 10 German Telemedia Act (TMG), service providers are not obligated to monitor submitted or stored third-party information or to search for evidences that indicate illegal activity. Legal obligations to remove information or to block the use of information remain unchallenged. However, liability in this regard is only possible from the time we become aware of a specific violation of law. Upon becoming aware of such violations, we will remove this content immediately.

SCOPE AND HANDLING OF PERSONAL DATA

Personal data is information that can be used to identify a person, i.e., information that can be traced back to an individual. This includes the name, email address, or telephone number. Data about preferences, hobbies, memberships, or which websites someone has viewed also counts as personal data.

We only collect, use, and share personal data if this is permitted by law or if the user consents to the data collection.

SCOPE AND CONTACT
We collect and use our users’ personal data only to the extent necessary to provide a functional website and within the scope of our content and services. The collection and use of our users’ personal data generally only occurs with the user’s consent.

When you contact us (for example, via contact form, email, or when purchasing a voucher online), we process your address and communication data for pre-contractual/contractual negotiations. Furthermore, we use your data to occasionally provide you with interesting information and to survey your satisfaction. If you do not wish to receive this, we ask you to expressly object.

Comments and Posts
When users leave comments on the blog or other posts, their IP addresses are saved. This is done for the security of our company in case someone writes illegal content (insults, prohibited political propaganda, etc.) in comments and posts. In this case, the AMMER Chicken and Duck Grill itself may be held liable for the comment or post and is therefore interested in the identity of the author.

Integration of Third-Party Services and Content
It may happen that third-party content, such as videos from YouTube, maps from Google Maps, RSS feeds, or graphics from other websites, is integrated into this website. This always requires that the providers of this content (hereinafter referred to as “third-party providers”) perceive the user’s IP address. Without the IP address, they could not send the content to the respective user’s browser. The IP address is therefore necessary for the display of this content. We endeavor to only use content whose respective providers use the IP address solely for the delivery of the content. However, we have no influence over whether the third-party providers store the IP address, e.g., for statistical purposes. If we are aware of this, we will inform users.

LIABILITY FOR LINKS
Our website contains links to external third-party websites over whose content we have no influence. Therefore, we cannot accept any liability for this external content. The respective provider or operator of the linked pages is always responsible for the content of the linked pages. The linked pages were reviewed for possible legal violations at the time of linking. Illegal content was not recognizable at the time of linking. However, permanent monitoring of the content of the linked pages is not reasonable without concrete evidence of a legal violation. Upon notification of any legal violations, we will remove such links immediately.

COPYRIGHT
The content and works on these pages created by the site operators are subject to German copyright law. Reproduction, processing, distribution, and any type of exploitation outside the limits of copyright law require the written consent of the respective author or creator. Downloads and copies of this site are permitted for private, non-commercial use only. To the extent that the content on this site was not created by the operator, the copyrights of third parties are respected. In particular, third-party content is marked as such. Should you nevertheless become aware of a copyright infringement, we ask you to notify us accordingly. Upon notification of any violations, we will remove such content immediately.

Integration of social media (“plugins”)
Activating certain buttons (“share buttons”) on subpages of this website allows users to share, recommend, or transmit content from these pages to users of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Google+, etc.). Log data (including the user’s IP address and information about the pages visited on this website) is only transmitted to the operator of the respective platform when the user activates the respective button by clicking on it, thereby declaring their consent to communication with the respective operator (“two-click method” or “Shariff plugin”). If the user is already registered as a user on the respective platform, additional data may also be transmitted that allows conclusions to be drawn about the user’s identity. In this case, the data is collected and transmitted to establish a connection between the user’s browser and the servers of the respective platform, to enable the user to register on this platform, and to provide the respective “share” functions (integration or linking of the content of this website to be shared or recommended and assignment to or linking to the user’s user account). In this case, the data processing operations on our website are carried out on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
If the user registers (logs in) on the respective platform or is already registered (logged in), further data may be collected, processed, and used, and cookies may be placed on the user’s computer. However, these operations are not under the control of the providers of this website, but exclusively by the operators of the respective platform (e.g., Facebook Inc., Twitter Inc., Google Inc., etc.) and are therefore governed exclusively by their respective valid privacy policies.
As the provider of this website, I have no knowledge of the content of the transmitted data or its use by the operators of the aforementioned platforms. We are not responsible for the collection, processing, and use of personal data by the operators of the respective platforms, nor for the content of, or compliance with, their privacy policies. The same applies if users are directed to profiles of the operators of this website on such platforms via links.
In addition, the following privacy notices apply to individual social media:

Facebook
This website includes a plug-in from the social network Facebook, 1601 South California Avenue, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA, in the form of a “Share button.” You can recognize the Facebook Share button by the Facebook logo (white “f” on a gray or blue background) and the word “share” on this website. When you activate this button, a direct connection is established between your browser and the Facebook server via the plug-in. Facebook thereby receives the information that you have visited this website using your IP address. If you click the Facebook “Share button” while logged into your Facebook account, you can link the content of this website to your Facebook profile. This allows Facebook to associate your visit to this website with your user account. Further information can be found in Facebook’s privacy policy at https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy . If you do not want Facebook to be able to associate your visit to this website with your Facebook account, please log out of your Facebook account.

Instagram
Use of Instagram Social Plugins Our website uses so-called social plugins (“plugins”) from Instagram, which is operated by Instagram LLC, 1601 Willow Road, Menlo Park, CA 94025, USA (“Instagram”). The plugins are marked with an Instagram logo, e.g., in the form of an “Instagram camera.” An overview of Instagram plugins and their appearance can be found here: http://blog.instagram.com/post/36222022872/introducing-instagram-badges When you access a page on our website that contains such a plugin, your browser establishes a direct connection to the Instagram servers. The content of the plugin is transmitted directly from Instagram to your browser and integrated into the page. Through this integration, Instagram receives the information that your browser has accessed the corresponding page of our website, even if you do not have an Instagram profile or are not currently logged in to Instagram. This information (including your IP address) is transmitted from your browser directly to an Instagram server in the USA and stored there. If you are logged in to Instagram, Instagram can directly associate your visit to our website with your Instagram account. If you interact with the plugins, for example by clicking the “Instagram” button, this information is also transmitted directly to an Instagram server and stored there. The information is also published on your Instagram account and displayed to your contacts there. The purpose and scope of data collection and the further processing and use of the data by Instagram as well as your related rights and setting options for protecting your privacy can be found in Instagram’s privacy policy: https://help.instagram.com/155833707900388/ If you do not want Instagram to directly associate the data collected via our website with your Instagram account, you must log out of Instagram before visiting our website. You can also completely prevent the Instagram plug-in from loading using add-ons for your browser, such as the script blocker “NoScript” (http://noscript.net/).

PIN IT BUTTON FROM PINTEREST
Our website features the “Pin It” button from the social network Pinterest, which is operated by Pinterest, Inc., located at 808 Brannan St, San Francisco, CA 94103, USA. By using the “Pin It” button, Pinterest receives the information that you have visited one of our websites. If you are logged into your Pinterest account during this time, Pinterest can also associate your visit with your Pinterest account. Clicking the “Pin It” button transmits data to Pinterest, which is stored on servers (in the USA). If you wish to prevent this, you must log out of your Pinterest account before clicking the “Pin It” button. To protect your privacy, please refer to Pinterest’s privacy policy for further details on data collection, processing, and use by Pinterest, as well as your legal options and settings:
