Wer zum ersten Mal vom Weinberg Canisius hört, reagiert meist mit derselben Frage: “Wein aus dem Dachauer Land? Das geht doch gar nicht.” Und die Antwort ist: Doch. Es geht. Das zeigt das Herzensprojekt der Familie Großmann-Neuhäusler aus Pasenbach bei München, die mit Kartoffeln, Gemüse und Konserven ihre Wurzeln in der Landwirtschaft hat. Was als mutige Idee begann, ist heute der erste biologisch bewirtschaftete Weinberg im Dachauer Land bei München.
