To mark the 140th year in the AMMER Oktoberfest tent company history, which began in 1885 at Munich’s Viktualienmarkt, we are launching a new project close to our hearts this year for our friends and all those who aspire to be friends: our small but exquisite Wiesn warm-up festival “Ogwandelt” (Ogwandelt) in our main venue, the SCHLOSSCAFÉ IM PALMENHAUS, located directly in the Nymphenburg Palace Park.
The Munich Oktoberfest is truly the 5th season in our beloved Bavarian capital, and so many Munich residents are eagerly awaiting the annual Oktoberfest season. A city in festive spirit for two weeks – how wonderful.
To help us get the Oktoberfest anticipation going even more, we cordially invite you to our “Ogwandln Festival” to join us in the spirit of Oktoberfest and, of course, to spend some wonderful hours together in our AMMERLand region.
And we also have the opportunity to once again combine tradition and modernity.

Welcome to our second-hand traditional costume market with traditional costumes and accessories for adults inside the SCHLOSSCAFÉ IM PALMENHAUS in our “Zur Schönen Münchnerin” hall. Because beautiful traditional costumes never go out of style, you’re sure to find a new favorite piece or two to complement your personal Oktoberfest collection. Because we want you to look your best at the Oktoberfest! Of course, fittings are possible. Important: Payment is only possible in cash.

Our master tailor Lisa from beautiful Tegernsee will be happy to advise you on how to implement your ideas for upcycling your favorite traditional garment and creatively refine it. Feel free to bring your own and immerse yourself in the sustainability trend with us, even in traditional costumes.

We just have to say one thing right away: our organic chicken and organic duck will only be available directly at the Oktoberfest. Because a little bit of excitement has to be maintained.
