The Graf poultry farm is a traditional family business that has been involved in the species-appropriate husbandry and rearing of poultry for several generations. The family breeds its Bio-Bayern certified chickens with a great deal of passion and experience.

Die Eiermacher GmbH was founded in 1986 as a merger of several poultry farms in Schlierbach, Upper Austria, and has since developed into a leading company in organic poultry production. As a pioneer in the industry, the company stopped killing male organic chicks in 2015 and established the first organic duck production in the German-speaking region in 2018.

Wallner’s organic turkeys
The Wallner organic turkey farm in Goppertshofen near Dachau has been run according to Naturland guidelines since 1995 and places particular emphasis on species-appropriate animal husbandry and sustainable recycling management. The Wallner family produces high-quality organic turkey meat from their own breeding, farm slaughtering, and regional marketing.

Stroblberg Cheese Dairy, Neuner Family

The Neuner family’s organic Stroblberg cheese dairy in Bairer Winkel near Glonn has been run organically since 1991 and has been producing handmade cheese from hay milk from their Pinzgau cows since 1999. With a variety of around 25 types of cheese, including hard, semi-hard, and soft cheeses, they supply regional markets and restaurants and also offer their products in their own farm shop.

Biofleisch Altdorfer

Altdorfer Biofleisch GmbH was founded in Altdorf near Landshut in 2001 and has been producing organic meat and sausage products in high Naturland quality ever since. Under the management of master butcher Manfred Kottmayr, the company processes only meat from regional, Bavarian, family-run Naturland farms and attaches particular importance to species-appropriate animal husbandry and sustainable production methods.

Regenbogen Arbeit

Regenbogen Arbeit gGmbH is a non-profit inclusive company in Munich that has been offering jobs subject to social insurance contributions to people with mental illnesses and the long-term unemployed for over 30 years. In the vegetable processing sector, the company produces ready-to-cook organic products in close cooperation with regional producers and is certified with the Bio-Bayern seal and the “Geprüfte Qualität Bayern” seal.

Ökoring

Ökoring is a Bavarian organic wholesaler based in Mammendorf that has been supporting organic farming and distributing high-quality organic products since its foundation in 1991. The company supplies health food stores, restaurants, and institutional caterers with a wide range of organic foods, placing particular emphasis on regionality and sustainability.

Under the direction of chef Rico Forster and his team, the Schlosscafé im Palmenhaus—run year-round by the Schmidbauer family—offers creative cuisine with international influences. For Oktoberfest, the team produces in-house specialties that are served at the Ammer chicken and duck rotisserie.
