General Reservation and Terms and Conditions for
the Hühner- u. Entenbraterei AMMER – Munich Oktoberfest 2025
- Payment of your reservation
To confirm your reservation, you will receive an invoice for the minimum gross consumption for your reservation (food & beverages, decorations, if booked). Subsequent changes to customer master data or billing information will be charged a flat-rate administration fee of €15.00.
The reservation credit cannot be used as a tip.
Bank fees incurred for international transfers are borne by the customer.
The processing fee is €1.50 per booked person per reservation.
- RESERVATION CREDIT
After your invoice has been paid on time, we will credit your reservation account with the minimum amount paid for your individual reservation. You will receive a payment confirmation via email immediately after receipt of payment.
Reservations are generally nontransferable; the reservation credit will be deducted for the specified date and time.
We do not send vouchers for environmental reasons.
If fewer people arrive on the reservation day than you specified, the Hühner- und Entenbraterei AMMER may seat non-member guests at your booked table.
Any unused balance (remaining balance) – confirmed in the form of a voucher – can be redeemed during Oktoberfest 2025 from September 20th to October 5th, 2025, in our tent, beer garden (depending on space availability), or at street sales, or until December 31st, 2025, at the SCHLOSSCAFÉ IM PALMENHAUS, Nymphenburg Palace, Munich (www.palmenhaus.de). Conversion of remaining balances into tips is not possible.
Reselling, transferring, or auctioning reservations is strictly prohibited. Reservations sold/purchased through auctions will be canceled.
- PLACEMENT and ADMISSION WRISTBANDS
For reservations that require admission wristbands (Friday 2:30 p.m.-5:30 p.m., Saturday all day, and all Oktoberfest evenings), you can choose between COLLECTION OR SHIPPING of the admission wristbands.
Free collection before Oktoberfest is only possible from Saturday, September 6th, through Sunday, September 7th, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the SCHLOSSCAFE IM PALMENHAUS www.palmenhaus.de.
Shipping is possible until August 31, 2025, at the latest, using a prepaid shipping label or a prepaid package/envelope sent to us.
Note: We assume no liability for shipping costs.
Starting Saturday, September 20, 2025, wristbands can be picked up from the AMMER festival office directly in the festival tent on Theresienwiese, Wirtsbudenstraße, next to the large Augustiner tent, daily from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. or 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Further information on wristband handling can be found on your invoice.
Please note that for Friday reservations starting at 2:30 p.m., for all-day Saturday reservations, and for all evening reservations, your guests must wear their wristbands secured on their wrists upon entry to our marquee, and they must be seated punctually and in full at the reservation time (this also applies during the day). Should fewer people than planned show up on the day of the reservation, the Hühner- und Entenbraterei AMMER reserves the right to release the available seats to other guests and/or assign you other seats. If your seats are not fully occupied 15 minutes after the start of the reservation time or during the reservation time, all available seats will be released.
Reassignment to tables other than those assigned directly at the Wiesn is not possible.
- CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations and reductions in the number of people in reservations must be made in writing or by email. For cancellations made by August 31, 2025, the minimum consumption amount paid will be refunded, unless a postponement to another date or time is desired or possible.
From September 1, 2025, the deposit for the minimum consumption amount will be retained in the customer’s file in the event of cancellation. The credit can be used for products from the current catalog until December 31, 2025. The current catalog will be sent by email upon request for selection. In addition, you have the option of making a table reservation that you no longer need at short notice available to other interested parties for exchange or purchase at www.ammer-wiesn.de under the same conditions.
- VOUCHERS (Beer, Organic Chicken, Organic Duck, Value)
You can pick up your ordered goods and/or value vouchers free of charge from Saturday, September 6th, through Sunday, September 7th, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the SCHLOSSCAFÉ IM PALMENHAUS www.palmenhaus.de.
Shipping is possible until August 31, 2025, at the latest, using a prepaid shipping label or a prepaid package/envelope.

Starting Saturday, September 20, 2025, vouchers can be picked up daily from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM or 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the AMMER festival office in the festival tent on Theresienwiese, Wirtsbudenstraße, next to the large Augustiner tent.
The vouchers are valid during Oktoberfest from September 20 to October 5, 2025. Beer, chicken, duck, and value vouchers can be redeemed until December 31, 2025, at the SCHLOSSCAFÉ IM PALMENHAUS, Nymphenburg Palace, Munich (www.palmenhaus.de).
- PROTECTION OF CHILDREN
Children and young people under the age of 16 are only permitted to visit the AMMER festival tent if accompanied by a parent or guardian. Children under the age of six are not permitted in our festival tent or beer garden after 8 p.m., even if accompanied by a parent or guardian. Children under the age of 16 are only permitted on the festival grounds after 8 p.m. if accompanied by a parent or guardian. The serving of alcohol to children and young people under the age of 16 is not permitted. Beverages containing spirits (schnapps, cocktails, etc.) may not be served to young people under the age of 18.
- OTHER
Smoking & Cannabis ban: The Bavarian Health Protection Act, valid during Oktoberfest 2025, and the Bavarian Cannabis Act apply at the AMMER Chicken and Duck Grill.
Visitors are responsible for their own belongings (jackets, bags, etc.). We assume no liability except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
The current Oktoberfest regulations and AMMER house rules apply. In the event of non-compliance or violation, AMMER Chicken and Duck Grill reserves the right to refuse entry. The instructions of our guest attendants and security staff must be strictly followed. The tent and beer garden are under video surveillance for the safety of our guests.
In the event that our tent operation cannot be carried out in whole or in part on the day of the reservation due to laws, regulations, general orders and/or official orders, security measures, force majeure, or other important reasons, the minimum consumption paid will be refunded. Should the AMMER chicken roastery be required to implement operational restrictions due to an official order, our guests must comply with these.
No further claims exist.
The place of jurisdiction is Munich unless you are a consumer with a general place of jurisdiction within the European Union.
