General Reservation and Terms and Conditions for the AMMER Chicken and Duck Grill – Munich Oktoberfest 2026

1. PAYMENT OF YOUR RESERVATION

To confirm your reservation, you will receive an invoice for the minimum consumption amount for your reservation (food & beverages). The calculated minimum consumption amount is a deposit toward the actual food and beverages consumed on the day of the reservation.

The VAT invoice will be issued on-site at Oktoberfest 2026 as part of the actual provision of services, in accordance with the applicable statutory tax rates (currently 7% for food and 19% for beverages). VAT will be shown separately based on actual consumption.

The processing fee is €1.50 per booked person per reservation.

Subsequent changes to customer master data or invoice details relating to the deposit invoice will be charged a flat administrative fee of €15.00.

Bank charges incurred for international transfers are to be borne by the customer.

2. RESERVATION CREDIT

Upon timely settlement of your deposit invoice, the paid minimum consumption amount for your individual reservation will be credited to your reservation account.

You will receive a payment confirmation by email once payment has been received.

The reservation credit cannot be used as a tip.

The reservation credit will be deducted from the final invoice for the specified date and time.

For environmental reasons, vouchers will not be sent by post.

If fewer guests attend on the day of the reservation than originally confirmed, Hühner- und Entenbraterei AMMER reserves the right to seat unrelated guests at your booked table.

Any unused amounts (remaining credit) – confirmed in the form of a residual voucher – may be redeemed during Oktoberfest 2026 from 19.09.–04.10.2026 in our tent, beer garden (subject to availability), street sales area, or until 31.12.2026 at SCHLOSSCAFÉ IM PALMENHAUS, Schloss Nymphenburg, Munich (www.palmenhaus.de). Remaining credit cannot be converted into tips.

Reservations are generally non-transferable. The resale, transfer, or auctioning of reservations is strictly prohibited. Reservations sold or purchased via auctions will be canceled and prosecuted.

We ask for your understanding that we cannot guarantee the implementation of specific seating requests. Re-seating to tables other than those assigned is not possible directly on the Wiesn grounds.

For reservations requiring admission wristbands (Friday 2:30–5:30 pm, Saturday all day, all Oktoberfest evenings), you may choose between COLLECTION OR SHIPPING of the wristbands.

Afterwards, wristbands can be collected from Saturday, 19.09.2026, at the AMMER festival office in the festival tent on Theresienwiese, Wirtsbudenstraße next to the large Augustiner tent, daily from 10:00 am–2:00 pm or 3:00–5:00 pm.

Further information on wristband handling can be found in your deposit confirmation email.

Please note that for Friday reservations from 2:30 pm onward, Saturday reservations all day, and all evening reservations, your guests must already be wearing the secured wristband upon entry to our festival tent and must take their seats punctually and with the full number of guests at the reserved time (also applies during the day).

If fewer persons appear than confirmed, Hühner- und Entenbraterei AMMER reserves the right to release free seats to other guests and/or assign you different seats. If your table is not fully occupied 15 minutes after the start of the reservation time or during the reservation period, all unoccupied seats will be released.

4. CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations and reductions in the number of persons must be made in writing or by email.
