Augustiner Bräu

Augustiner-Bräu Wagner KG is Munich’s oldest brewery, founded in 1328 by Augustinian monks, and is now majority-owned by the Edith Haberland Wagner Foundation. Augustiner has always been closely associated with Oktoberfest and is the only brewery to serve its traditional Wiesn beer from wooden barrels – a genuine piece of Munich’s brewing culture.

Stettner Fine Fruit Distillery

The Franz Stettner & Sohn fine fruit distillery was founded in Kolbermoor in 1949, when 21-year-old Franz Stettner obtained a license to produce spirits and liqueurs. From humble beginnings with lemon liqueur, the family business has grown over three generations to become one of the largest fine fruit distilleries in Bavaria.

Kolonne Null is a Berlin-based company founded in 2018 by Philipp Rößle and Moritz Zyrewitz that specializes in the production of high-quality non-alcoholic wines. Through close cooperation with renowned wineries and innovative dealcoholization techniques, Kolonne Null has established itself as a pioneer in the premium segment and is setting new standards for non-alcoholic enjoyment.

The Duke

THE DUKE distillery was founded in Munich in 2008 and is now one of the pioneers of the German organic gin movement. With the aim of combining the highest quality and sustainability, THE DUKE relies on carefully selected organic ingredients and traditional craftsmanship – for example, in its Munich Dry Gin with hop flowers and malt.

Weinguth Rothe

The Rothe Winery in Nordheim am Main has been run by the Rothe family since the 1980s and is one of Franconia’s organic wine pioneers. Manfred Rothe has been running the business full-time since 2002 and is committed to organic cultivation, vegan wines, and innovative methods such as aging in Georgian amphorae (kvevri). Particularly noteworthy is the Silvaner, which grows on shell limestone soils and is offered in various lines such as “Grande” and “Indigenius.” The winery has received numerous awards, including from the Eichelmann Wine Guide as an “outstanding winery.”

The Schlosscafé im Palmenhaus—run year-round by the Schmidbauer family—produces its own products with love and care in its in-house pastry shop. The lemonade offered at the Wiesn is also produced there—refreshing, natural, and made with the best ingredients.

G&M Machmer

The G&M Machmer winery in Bechtheim, Rheinhessen, has been run by the Machmer family since the 1960s and specialized in viticulture in the 1970s. Since 2009, the winery has been cultivating its 35 hectares of vineyards according to ecological guidelines, focusing increasingly on fungus-resistant grape varieties (PIWIs) such as Sauvignac and Cabernet Blanc. The winery has received numerous awards for its sustainable and innovative work, including the Rhineland-Palatinate State Prize and recognition as one of Germany’s best wineries by “Feinschmecker” magazine in 2025.

Our apple juice comes from NatürlichSaft, directly from Lake Ammersee – honest, organic, natural, and produced with love for the region. The apples come from orchards around the lake, and production is sustainable and artisanal.
